Rooms were clean but outdated

Building was very run down and the lobby area extremely small and hot.

It was clean, quiet, a comfortable. Great for an overnight stay.

Request a fresh set of towels upon arrival since maid service might be inconsistent during your stay.

Huge and comfy bed with lots of pillows!!!

Paper thin, scratchy towels. Plus breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything there (that looked good), no milk, and the orange juice was not real orange juice (it tasted like flat orange soda).

Everything was fine, clean hotel, comfy location near several places to eat. I asked for a double room and it was well furnished with fridge and microwave. A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a fridge worked well. Overall the service was good.

The hotel's overall atmosphere was comfortable and cute, especially the friendly attitude of the staff, who were attentive and eager to assist. The room was spacious and clean.

Lacked a few amenities for seniors' comfort.

Marvellous location - not far from Taco Bell, Waffle House, and nearby Newark. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room.

The exterior looked worse for wear, with peeling paint and an overall uninviting appearance. Inside, I encountered a musty smell alongside stained carpets that suggested neglect over time. There was no microwave or ice machine on the premises. Finding myself with no clean towels upon returning after a long day left me wanting more attention to basic service, especially when other places offer daily maid service without question.

Clean room but service issues

The King Room I stayed in had asuper clean and cozy atmosphere, with a nice shower pressure. It seems there was a lack of consistency with the maid service, as I returned to find my room hadn't been cleaned, disappointing. I'd recommend.

The King room was basic but okay for a quick stay. The mattress was not great, but it sufficed for a night. I liked that it had a fridge, but the carpet looked dirty and felt outdated. The people in the office at night were nice, but during the day, it was like asking for clean towels was a hassle for them.
